What's the equivalent of 4.60x18 for a rear tire? All the tire companies sell theirs in different units, and the article on this site is confusing. Help!

What make and model bike is it?

The 4.60 is 4.60 inches wide....the 110 is 110 centimeters wide and the 100 is the side wall hieght....the side wall on a 110/100 would be 110cm tall because it is 100% of the tire width of 110cm...On a 110/90 the side wall would be 90% of the tire width or 99cm.
