I don't know how I will can repair it. Can I weld it? (alu-welding)

This part cannot be repaired - - it must be replaced.
It is called a "clutch basket".
eBay has these parts all the time.

This part broke because you did not use the proper tool to take the clutch apart. You can easily make a tool from an old clutch "steel". Just weld a short bar onto the "steel" and it will hold the clutch assembly when taking it apart.

Looks like you need the clutch basket and the pressure plate.

Like hilift said, these parts come up on ebay all of the time, and for good prices too. I think the only other place to get one would be a Honda dealer for lots 'o money.

I agree with the previous responses.. mite as well replace the whole package ...basket ,pressure plate and bolts, springs ,discs and clutch pads ...Be carefull next time

There is a complete clutch set on ebay right now. Pressure plate, center, and basket.

This month's Dirt Bike magazine has a piece on installing a new clutch...lots of pictures and instruction. I dont know if you get the magazine in Poland...maybe you can get it online. Good luck, our Eastern Bloc friend.

My son rides my 1984 XR500R with Supertrapp.
