After re-building my 1994 XR250 I cannot re-wire the baja design kit properly. Does anyone have a scematic or wireing diagram.

Thanks

How old is the kit.I have an older wiring schematic(generic) and a later installation instruction booklet(XR250R).Let me know what part you are stuck on and I can send it to you.

My guess is the kit was bought in +/- 1997. All worked OK before the rebuild although the headlight and turnsignals osilated with the bikes RPM due to no suplimental battery installed. I purchased the new style battery pack that comes with the new baja design kit but the wire routing is scrambled beyond my ability to re-wire. A basic juice flow diagram would most likley get me covered. Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks

Don

I would also call Baja Designs themselves. They have always been very helpful when I've had problems with their stuff.
