You can buy thicker seat foam ($50-$100), and Fastway footpegs ($100) have a low-boy setting that increases the distance from the pegs to the seat. Stiffer fork and shock springs ($200) will reduce the amount of sag when you are sitting on it, but I would only change the springs if you are too heavy for the bike. If the rear sag is set correctly, I wouldn't mess with the suspension.

If you want to increase the seat height from the ground, you can add the BBR triple clamps and the BBR rear linkage and that will add about 1 inch or so in height and increase your suspension travel. The bars will also be raised up about an addition inch and a half with that. That makes a HUGE difference. If you need more leg room to the pegs, do the thicker seat foam and dropped pegs PLUS raising your bars...makes a difference. The BBR triple clamps also allow you to move your bars forward a little, which helps give you more room. An inch make a world of difference. Also consider getting different bars than stock and getting a different bend. I got the CR High bend and it helped out tremendously.
