Found off the Yamaha-motor.com TTR 230 service data:

- Valve clearance......(Cold) Intake....0.05mm~0,09mm (0.002in~0.004in)
- Exhaust....0.15mm~0.19mm (0.006in~0.007in)
- Main jet #125 / #36
- Pilot Screw (Turns out).........2
- Needle Jet/Jet Needle.........V95 / 5C20-1
- Drive Chain (Std): Size/Length ....520V2 / 106links
- Idle RPM....1400 ~ 1600rpm

All that was found on yamaha motor.com ..I actually don't know why i typed all that

***Quick question ...The fork oil is 10wt at 352cc ..how many cc's/how much would i need to top them up to feel a difference??

You don't need to top up the fork oil, because the level will do nothing, you simply want it above the dampening rod. To make a difference you can either go to a heavier or lighter weight of oil, or re-shim.

Oil level not critical? News to me, used to see a lot of recommendations, at least before USD forks to add until it was 6" from the top of the tubes. I knew a guy who topped them off, rode like a brick until he blew out the fork seals. Ron
