I wanted to put a more heavy duty suspension on my bike. Inverted fronk forks, disk brake and all around tougher. Are there any swaps I could do to accomplish this?

You could if you have fabrication experience and access to a machining shop. Iv nearly finished my project, it was not easy and unless you have lots of time its worth it to buy a new bike.. there are many other posts about this..

Here is a drawing of the steer tube that you'll need to make and press into the CR80 Lower tripple.
It is set up to use stock XR100 steering head bearings.
Then you will need to shorten the forks 5" (if the rear is stock) by making a 5" spacer and putting under the dampening rod.
For every inch you raise the rear (BBR swingarm is 2") you can make the spacer that much shorter.

Here is the one I did Using a BBR swingarm (shortened the forks 3")

What year CR80 forks/triples will work with that steering stem drawing that you show in your post? Thanks.

Just get a friggin' 85 or CRF150R (or a CRF150F, if you're a sissy).
Don't waste time or cash tricking out that 100 that will always be slower and heavier than a 65/85. Also, you will probably soon out grow it.

Does anyone have the link that works for the drawing that minifig-phil posted. The link above is broken.
