Swing arm play caused by worn out bushings. So you replaced the bushings but you still have play because the mount holes have been oblonged or mis shaped,worn.
For people who do not have a lot of money it is possible in some cases to weld a hardened steel plate washer on either side of the outer swing arm frame mounts.
usually this is a problem for people because the frame is not considered
a replacement part.
