Just took delivery of my 03 XR50R today. So far the only thing added is the BBR skid plate. I'm thinking of going with the BBR front fork / hadle bar kit. Once I rode it with stock bars I now know why every one goes for bigger ones.

2002 XR650R right out of the crate. I'm rusty to the tune of 25 years out of action, but buddy, having seen what this bike can do, I done got religion!

Pure stock so far, and I am impressed, but the cork will be coming out soon, and then it's time for DEFCON 1.
I think my .sig says it all.

Got an Xr650R fully uncorked and jetted up..Devol radiator guards, Acerbis Fork guards, pro handguards, mudguard. Works connection frame guards. Chainguide, oiltemp dipstick, shorty levers(which help when yah crash the heavy pig), rear disc guard and a few more things I can't thing of. Oh yeah, lots of stickers, they add horsepower . I really can't thing to put anything into the motor, it's fast enough already. I plan on dualsportin' her out with a baja designs quick release kit and drop one tooth in the front for added acceleration in the woods...

Got my 03-XR400R a month ago and all I have done to it so far was change the front sprocket from 15 to a 14 tooth much better now I might add. I also added a Baja Designs Q/R Dual Sport Kit also swaped the original tires for a set of Dunlop D606. I still have the original tires sitting in the garage with out a mile on em'. Pulled of that stupid snorkel. It sounds and runs much better with out that damned thing. Next on the list when the money comes along is a DMC Dual Exhaust System, K&N Filter and some rejetting of course, also some One Industries Graphics, Whipps Delux Bash Guard, and Acerbis Fork/Disk Guards. But It will take a while before I get it how I want it college started about a month ago and money is tight now. My plan is to save up during the winter and by spring it should be all set.
